FAQ's & Disclosures
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure ALL makeup services bookings.
Do I need to have makeup and lashes?
If you are not wanting lashes included in your service, simply let the makeup artist know and a $10 discount will be applied to the individual without lashes.
Is there a travel fee?
As locations differ from client to client, a fee will be added depending on the distance. For lash and brow services, the service is completed at the technicians place of business.
Do you offer Bridal Touch ups?
Yes we do. $50 per hour. Minimum 2hrs. Travel expenses will be waived for clients who have already had Bridal Makeup that day (our work only)
Covid-19 Disclosure
If you are feeling unwell or begin to show signs of Covid-19, we ask that you kindly reschedule your appointment to protect our staff and future clients. Skin Conditions or Injuries
If you suffer from any skin conditions or have any open wounds, please notify your makeup artist or technician when booking so that we may tailor your makeup or beauty service application accordingly.
Beauty Service Treatments
All beauty services are done at the technician's place of work unless prior arrangements are made. If the technician is needed to travel to a client's home, a travel fee will be added to the final cost of the service as products, beauty bed and other necessary items will be needed for travel along with the appropriate sanitisation requirements.
